I am suffering from sinusitis, non stop sneezing, nasel dripping, shallow breathing for eight years, I'll definitely give it a try. Ginger root tea is good too.

- Tumeric✓ - Black Paper✓ - Ginger✓ - Hibiscus ✓ - Cinnamon✓ - Lemon x (Never include this lemon) in the medicine for sinuses. It will aggravate the condition. Pound Black Paper. Pound Ginger. Pound Tumeric Have your hibiscus Have your Cinnamon Mix all the above in the source pan. Mix a lot of water. Cook. Take the reddish liquor. You will be okay. But remember, this liquor will dry the sputum and you will breathe a rotten smell of those sputum. What do you do then? Before you take the liquor above, a. Put little cooked clean water with baking powder in the container like a small bottle. b. Mix some little salt in it. Shake and let it cool and settle. Pour the clean solution of the mixture in your nose. This will force you to flush out all the sputum. Then take the tea mixture you made earlier made of Ginger, Cinnamon, Hibiscus, Tumeric, black paper. After taking this tea without sugar. Put the black paper powder in the very hot water in the small bracket, cover yourself with huge towel or blanket and steam yourself as you breathe in that hot steam several time. Then later bathe that water mixed with Black paper. Slowly by slowly, day by day you will get relieved of the sinuses. Don't waste your money buying over the counter medicine. It doesn't cure sinuses and you will thank me later. Treating sinuses is not a simple joke, you have to work hard.

I’ve been suffering from chronic sinusitis for almost 2 years now… so many visits to the doctor, allergist, and ENT. I broke down in my ENT’s office after he tried to tell me it was just allergies. He agreed to do a scan. One thing lead to the next and I had sinus surgery. I thought it was cured but it’s recently come back and I’m suffering from the same pain again. Sneezing, runny nose, face pain, fatigue, headaches. I’m going to try this remedy because the pain has become unbearable. It feels like nobody understands how draining, upsetting, and painful sinusitis is. It’s been one of my hardest battles physically and mentally! It’s nice reading all the comments here. It’s nice knowing I’m not crazy especially after how doctors have spoken to me about it. I hope it gets better for everyone here suffering from something similar!

I have had pressure and congestion in my upper sinuses. I have had nasal drainage for years with some pressure in the upper sinus areas and also sneezing occasionally so probably related to a fungal infection. My nostrils are mainly clear. I’ve known for years and it’s related to my beer consumption I noticed sometimes if I drink canned beer, it gets worse right away. Three days ago I started using nasal rinses., It has helped a little bit, but I’m glad that I found this recipe. I knew about it but I never had tried tried. I’m gonna try it now.
